We have had the pleasure of three closings with A & B Title. The service is absolutely second to none. Our first transaction with Ann she demonstrated just how dedicated she is to her clients. My wife is a school teacher, with a 30 minute lunch break. Ann came to the school and completed our closing in 29 minutes!

The second was the sale of a town home that was smooth as silk. Everything was like clockwork.

The third was the purchase of a vacation home. In the purchase agreement we offered to cover the closing to be sure we could use Ann. Once again she went over the top in service. A third party was late getting a document delivered. Ann canceled a doctor appointment to stay late and saw the closing through to completion.
